How we approach it
A full interior renovation is where coordination matters most. Ceilings, lighting, TV wall, feature walls, paint, furniture and curtains all depend on each other: the cove light has to line up with the curtain pocket, the TV wall needs its cables and sockets before the gypsum closes, the wardrobes must fit the final ceiling height, and paint should go on only once the dusty works are finished. Done by separate companies, these links are where delays and patch-ups happen. Planned as one project, each step prepares the next.
We start with the whole villa, not one room. At the visit we walk through every space with you, talk about how the family lives, what you want to keep and what you want to change, and note the existing ceilings, walls, electrical points and AC. From there we propose a design direction, materials and a scope, with the option to phase the works room by room. The quote is written so you can see each room and each item, and decide what to do now and what can wait.
The order of the works follows a logic: protection of floors, stairs and furniture first; then false ceilings, electrical changes and lighting; then TV walls, feature walls and panelling; then painting and wallpaper; and finally custom furniture, curtains and blinds. Flooring updates, if included, are scheduled so that new floors are protected from the rest. If you live in the villa during the works, we agree which rooms stay usable and keep the dust and noise contained.
One contact follows the project from the first visit to handover, shares the planning and progress with you on WhatsApp, and checks every room with you at the end. We design and coordinate; the works are carried out and invoiced by our partner contractor, named on your quote. After the works, you can still message us with any question.

Can we live in the villa during an interior renovation in Palm Jumeirah?
Often yes, if the works are phased room by room. We agree with you which rooms stay usable, protect floors and furniture and keep dust contained. For larger scopes, doing the works before moving in is simpler.
