Custom furniture and joinery in Palm Jumeirah
Standard furniture rarely fits the alcoves, sloping stair spaces and tall walls of a villa in Palm Jumeirah. We design wardrobes, TV units and storage to the centimetre, and install them cleanly.

How we approach it
Made-to-measure furniture turns awkward spaces into useful ones. The alcove next to the bed becomes a full-height wardrobe, the empty room upstairs a walk-in closet with lighting, the space under the stairs a set of drawers or a small study, the living-room wall a TV unit with closed storage and display shelves. Because every piece is drawn for your room, it reaches the ceiling, follows the walls and leaves no dusty gaps.
Everything starts with precise measurements and a drawing. We talk about what you need to store, how you use the room, the look you like and the budget, then prepare drawings showing dimensions, internal layout (hanging rails, shelves, drawers, shoe racks, hidden laundry baskets), materials and handles. You approve the drawings before anything is produced, so there are no surprises on installation day.
Materials matter in Dubai. With air conditioning running most of the year and humid air in some rooms, boards can move if the wrong product is used. Carcasses are usually made in quality MDF or plywood; fronts can be lacquered, finished in wood veneer, laminated or HPL for hard-wearing surfaces. Bathroom vanities and anything close to water use moisture-resistant boards and sealed edges. Hardware is where cheap furniture fails first, so we specify good hinges, soft-close drawers and runners, and sturdy hanging rails, named on the quote.
Custom joinery also links the rest of the interior together: a TV unit that continues a gypsum TV wall, panelling that matches the wardrobe fronts, doors and skirting in the same finish. Planned with the ceilings, lighting and paint, the furniture is installed at the right moment, after the dusty works, with LED strips and sockets already in place.

Interior works in Palm Jumeirah
On Palm Jumeirah, villas sit on the fronds of the island, many with direct access to the beach. Sea air and humidity are part of the brief: boards, paints, wood and fittings are chosen to cope with a coastal setting.
Why owners in Palm Jumeirah choose us
Dubai has no shortage of fit-out companies, so it is fair to ask who you are dealing with. We have more than 19 years of experience in Dubai and the works are insured. Europeans are part of our team, alongside our local team members: you get European know-how and finish quality at Dubai market prices, with quality materials named on a clear written quote that you accept online. The works are carried out and invoiced by our partner contractor, also named on the quote. One person follows your project until the final check, with updates on WhatsApp, in English, French or Arabic.

Frequently asked questions
Do you make kitchens?
Our custom furniture service covers wardrobes, walk-in closets, TV units, shelving, vanities and joinery. If you are planning a kitchen too, tell us at the visit and we will discuss what is possible.
Will custom wardrobes cope with the humidity and AC in Palm Jumeirah?
Yes, if the right materials are chosen. We use stable boards, moisture-resistant products in bathrooms, sealed edges and good hardware, and leave the right clearances against outside walls and AC units.
Can I see the design before it is made?
Yes. You receive drawings with dimensions, internal layout and finishes, and production only starts once you have approved them.
Can a TV unit be combined with a gypsum TV wall?
Yes, and it often gives the best result: the gypsum wall carries the niches and lighting, and the joinery adds closed storage and display shelves in a matching finish. We design both together.
How do I get a quote for custom furniture?
Send us photos of the room and rough dimensions, or ideas you like, on WhatsApp or through the form. We visit and measure for free, and you receive a clear written quote, without commitment.
