Who carries out the works

We design and coordinate outdoor projects for villas. The works are carried out and invoiced by independent partner contractors. The contractor responsible for your works is named, with its details, on each quote. The contract for the works is between you and that contractor, on the terms written on the quote you accept.

Data we collect

When you send the quote request form or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone / WhatsApp number, email, community and villa number, the description of your project and the photos you upload.

When you answer a quote online, we record your name, the verification used (last digits of your phone number and / or an email code), the date and the exact version of the quote, as proof of your decision.

How we use it

Your data is used only to prepare, send and follow up your quote and project. It is shared only with the partner contractor assigned to your project. It is never sold and never used for unrelated advertising.

Cookies

Essential cookies and local storage (for example your language choice) are always on. Anonymous audience measurement is only enabled with your consent, through the cookie banner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by email to admin.winguide@gmail.com. We may keep the records of an accepted quote for as long as required to prove the agreement and meet legal obligations.
