Is the visit and the quote free?
Yes. Requesting a visit and a quote is free and does not commit you to anything. You only pay if you accept a quote, according to the payment terms written on it.
Do you follow the works?
Yes. One person follows your project from the visit to the handover, shares the planning and progress with you on WhatsApp, and checks the finished work with you. After the works, you can still message us.
How do I accept a quote?
You receive a secure link to the quote. Read it, ask us anything on WhatsApp, then accept or decline it online. Your answer is recorded with the exact version of the quote you saw.
Which communities do you cover?
Villa communities across Dubai, for example DAMAC Lagoons, DAMAC Hills, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills Estate, Tilal Al Ghaf and other Emaar communities. If yours is not listed, just ask.
What about community and developer approvals (NOC)?
Most communities require a permit or NOC for pools, pergolas and structural works. We tell you which approvals your project needs; the timing depends on your community's management.
How long do the works take?
It depends on the project. Grass or lighting can take a few days; a pool or a full outdoor renovation takes longer and depends on approvals. The expected duration is written on the quote.
Which languages do you speak?
English, French and Arabic.
Is there anything to pay on top of the quote?
No. You pay the price written on the quote you accepted, to the contractor named on it. Nothing is added on top.
