Large trees and palms need planning: access to bring them in, the size of the planting pit, soil improvement, staking, and the distance from walls, pools and pipes so roots do not cause problems later.

Planting and irrigation inside your plot are usually straightforward, but some communities have rules on trees near boundaries, shared walls or common areas, and on changes to water connections. We check the requirements in DAMAC Lagoons before work starts.
Most Dubai master communities require an NOC or permit from the developer or community management for pools, pergolas and structural works. Requirements, documents and timing vary between communities and can change, so we check them for your villa before the works are planned.

How often should a garden be watered in Dubai?
It depends on the plants, the soil and the season: much more in summer than in winter. A timer with zones lets you water each area as it needs. We set it at handover and explain how to adjust it.
